K.E. Jayaraj

K.E. Jayaraj, short for Jay, is a Management professional with over 25 years of experience.
Jay lives and works from his office in Mumbai, India, representing Earth & Flight Composites Bv (EFC ).

In this role, Jay will serve our existing and NEW customers in India, the Asia region, the Middle East and Malaysia not limited to the locations.
Jay has a proven track record in sales strategy development, process improvement, customer service, cost controls, and revenue generation.
Jay also acts as a representative for EFCs partner (Click here) GMI Aero, Paris, France in his region for all  Aviation repair equipment.

Jay worked in various large organisations in varying roles, known for enhancing overall performance through Training Technology improvements, employee engagement, empowerment, and best practice.
Jay has extensive knowledge of sales management relationships at all levels in different organisations, both with internal and external customers and supplier at senior levels.

And finally, he knows the ins and out of Advanced composites and has attended several hands-on composites courses.
