Jayaraj, short for Jay, is a Management professional with over 25 years of experience. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jay lives and works from his office in Mumbai, India, representing Earth & Flight Composites Bv (EFC ).</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, Jay will serve our existing and NEW customers in India, the Asia region, the Middle East and Malaysia not limited to the locations. Jay has a proven track record in sales strategy development, process improvement, customer service, cost controls, and revenue generation. Jay also acts as a representative for EFCs partner (<a href="https://www.gmi-aero.com/en">Click here) GMI Aero, Paris, France</a> in his region for all  Aviation repair equipment. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Jay worked in various large organisations in varying roles, known for enhancing overall performance through Training Technology improvements, employee engagement, empowerment, and best practice. Jay has extensive knowledge of sales management relationships at all levels in different organisations, both with internal and external customers and supplier at senior levels. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">And finally, he knows the ins and out of Advanced composites and has attended several hands-on composites courses. Thank you for visiting our e-learning website, which we have developed to bring my knowledge and the team to this e-learning platform which you can benefit from.  Secondly, we want to share our knowledge gained over decades. Altogether, the EFC team brings 120 years of knowledge to the table for you, which is in our minds and what we want to share with you in the composite world. I am Bert Groenewoud, the founder/owner of Earth & Flight Composites Bv (EFC, was founded in 2012 ), and no have two training website sites, an e-learning academy <a href="https://elearning.edutech.efcomposites.com/">elearning.edutech.efcomposites.com</a> and a practical Hands-on training site  <a href="https://www.efcomposites.com/">https://www.efcomposites.com/</a>. I am a graduate of the Polytechnics for Vocational training ( 2nd degree in teaching). I am a qualified education professional with over more than 33 years of experience as a qualified teacher, trainer, curriculum developer and education leader. I have more than three decades of experience in the composite industry through 30 years in my work for the K.L.M. Royal Dutch Airlines in  Sheet metal, Metal bonding, and as an instructor at the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines training department from 1988. SAE-CACRC meetings I also am one of the founders of the SEA CACRC, founded in 1991. In 1991, when working for the KLM training department,  together with the initiator  KLM engineer Henk Lodewijk we were one of the SAE-IATA, ATA, CACRC (Commercial Aircraft Composite Repair Committee) founders 1991 in the standardization of composite training, repair and materials. Also, our EFC instructors are currently still very active in the SAE-C.A.C.R.C. Training Task Group Meetings with other experts from Boeing, Airbus. Also, major Airlines like Airfrance / KLM, Delta Airlines, Lufthansa training, HEACO, China, the FAA, the EASA and many more are present in the CACRC. We have been creating the Aviation industry standard approved by the EASA and FAA following in 2021. Boeing and Airbus already have implemented these recommended SAE-CACRC standards and processes in their Structural Repair Manuals. After my KLM working period at KLM Engineering & Maintenance,  I became a  Material & Process Engineer at Airborne Int.  in the manufacturing Aerospace parts, large Telescopes and repair of composite drones for Air defence. Responsible for all work processes and workflow, work instructions, advanced training and design of advanced tooling assist in  VARTM and much more. I have used my in-depth knowledge and skills in developing advanced composite tools, advanced tool design, fabrication maintenance, and composite tool repair in this position. EFC assist Upon request, EFC performs actual repairs, Certifying staff work, Composite tooling design, fabrication, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) Inbetween courses, EFC performs assistance in repairs of mostly commercial Aircraft Parts and Radomes at HEICO Aircraft Maintenance. HEICO ACM is a Part 145 repair company based in Leipzig, Germany, and a long-time partner of EFC since 2017. We, as EFC, use their fully equipped facility as a training location for composite and metal bond training and O.J.T. for composite technicians. I  am also frequently hired as a composite professional in process and engineering tasks in the making of large Array antennas, telescopes, for example, positioned at the ALMA  Atacama hights in Chile. In April 2021, I am hired as a Material Process engineer for the design and processing of the advanced tooling and the assembly of the Antarctic South pole Disc fabricated at GTM Advanced Structures in the Haque. Dear visitor, my name is Rolf, Alexander and are the EFC Business Development & Purchasing Manager. My job is to promote EFC training, managing forecasts, prepare quotes and close deals. I am also responsible for business relationships and acquisition. I joined EFC in 2015 to take care of the business end of the company. I  started my career at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as an aircraft sheet metal structure specialist. In 1988 I was asked to join the KLM Engineering & Maintenance Training Department, where I met Bert Groenewoud EFC, the elearning academy owner &Founder. I also graduated the Polytechnics for vocational training (2nd degree in teaching). I developed many courses in many years, and after that, I focused on the commercial side of training and development. Rolf has two decades of experience in actual hands-on training, training development, two decades in purchasing, selling and buying training for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines'  training department. In this role, Rolf created an extensive network in the commercial aviation maintenance world where EFC benefits from. Hi, pleased to meet you. I am Alex Gil Rojas. I am a  highly motivated person and do have the latest knowledge and skills available. I gained over 14 years of experience in R&D, Research & Development in composite mould/tooling design and manufacturing parts in production for the Automotive, Formula 1, Aerospace and Aviation. I joined Eart&Flight composites in February 2019, assisting in teaching hands-on training to technicians working in the Aerospace, Leisure sport and Automotive industries. After demonstrating my talent and skills, I became part of the R&D department and later promoted to Composite Design engineer at <strong>Red Bull Racing the F1 Team.</strong> In this role, first as a laminator and then as a design engineer, I was responsible for making/designing Formula One (F1) body parts, tooling and jigs for Red Bull racing in the UK. In my role as an instructor, I teach Composite Tooling / Mould making classes, as well in aviation as in automotive Formule one. Being a hands-on person, I can pass on my skills to technicians and engineers in a learning situation capable of teaching technicians, engineers. Hello, welcome; my name is Robert. I am an experienced composite Specialist/Instructor with three decades of experience in composites and still actually involved in structural repairs, certifying staff, planning, managing, auditing, quality control and source inspection in parts manufacturing and maintenance environments. Robert has a profound knowledge of composites and metal bonding and can pass on knowledge and skills to composite repair technicians. Repair all types of composite parts (all type) radomes, elevators, fuselage, rudders etc.). Employers include; Fokker Aerostructures, KLM/Air France, HEICO-Certifying Staff, Augusta Westland, and more. Robert is registered officially at the European EASA as an Independent External Expert in several composite related disciplines. Robert and  Bert are long time members of the SAE-Commercial Aircraft Composite Repair Committee - CACRC International Training task group to standardise training and repair in commercial Aircraft composite repair.
