Earth & Flight Composites is responsible for compliance with the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”, keeping customer records and records for analysis and marketing purposes. Earth & Flight Composites is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR. Earth & Flight Composites is responsible for all data processing on behalf of Earth & Flight  Composites, including https://www.efcomposites.com/.

Earth & Flight Composites collects and processes personal data for the administration of customers, the execution of the agreement, the administration of customers, the implementation of the agreement, the collection of payments, the website, personal marketing and to comply with legal obligations for own marketing and to comply with legal requirements.

The personal data stored by Earth & Flight Composites mainly serve the execution of the agreement regarding the delivery of a product and service by Earth & Flight Composites. Without this provision of data, Earth & Flight  Composites can’t execute the deal.

Earth & Flight Composites handles your data with the utmost care and makes every effort to store your data safely. Any data breaches are always reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to those involved whose personal data may have been endangered. In the event of a data breach, Earth & Flight Composites always takes the appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of the website.

If you believe that your data is being used, obtained, or incorrectly stored, and you can’t delete your information despite repeated requests, you can at any time file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Earth & Flight Composites stores the following personal data from you:

  • for the execution of the agreement for the service provided: your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, and email address;
  • for the execution of the agreement for the product to be delivered: your name, address, postal code, city, telephone number and email address and order number;
  • for paying and handling the invoices: your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, email address, bank/credit card details, and order number;
  • for requesting a free quote: your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number and email address and order number;
  • for sending the newsletters: your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, and email address;
    for dealing with questions and complaints: name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, and email address.

Personal data is never stored longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, changed, and deleted at any time. If photos or other images on which natural persons are depicted are used, Earth & Flight Composites always first ask permission from the person whose photo or image is placed. The viewing, changing, and deleting (including the right to be forgotten) and withdrawing the given consent is possible through the newsletter or an unambiguous statement addressed to info@efcomposites.com.

Your data will, in any case, be deleted:

  • In the case of the execution of the agreement: 5 years after termination of the contract for possible future contracts, unless you have explicitly permitted to store the personal data longer or if the data must be kept longer based on a legal regulation or provision;
  • In the case of payment and settlement of the invoices: 7 years after payment of the relevant invoice, to fulfill the legal obligation of the Tax and Customs Administration;
  • In the case of handling questions and complaints: after resolving the charge to your satisfaction; • in the case of the request for a non-binding offer: 60 days after sending the non-binding offer;
  • In the case of the newsletter: after cancellation.

For the correct expiry of the agreement, Earth & Flight Composites can make use of any external parties who may also gain insight into your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as this is necessary for the execution of their work. Under no circumstances will the personal data be used for purposes other than the work for Earth & Flight  Composites, unless explicit permission has been requested from the person concerned. Processor agreements apply to all external transfers of personal data.

A payment provider is used to collect invoices. Personal data, necessary for the collection of payments, are provided to the payment provider.

Accounting is used for processing payments. Personal data, necessary for processing the payments, are provided to the accountant.

An email service provider is used to send the newsletter. Personal data, necessary for sending the newsletter, will be provided to the email service provider.

Earth & Flight Composers are free to create a blacklist regarding the personal data of individuals who have severely damaged the trust of Earth & Flight Composites. The blacklist is kept indefinitely and is only visible to a minimal group of employees of Earth & Flight Composites. The blacklist will be retained, including future Earth & Flight Composites offers. In any case, the blacklist will include persons who, despite repeated requests, do not meet any payment obligation of Earth & Flight Composites.
